When it says 'host unlimited sites on Baby, Swamp, etc...' how are the sites separated?
I usually get a reseller account and host my multiple sites (7 domain names, 5 sites) that way. But I noticed that the Swamp plan has twice the space and bandwidth of the Aluminum (smallest reseller) plan for almost half the price. ![]() I was with one host that parked and redirect the additional sites, but that messed with my email options (could receive email from any of the domains, but could only *send* using the primary domain). Would that be the case again if I moved from the Aluminium to Swamp plan? Or would each site be independent, just with only one control panel? |

If it's only one admin and you only need one cPanel to manage them then you can just put them on add-on's under the shared if you wanted to. You just wouldn't have sepperate cPanel accounts. And no, your email would be just fine.

Thanks for the quick response!
And with the 'add on domains' option - I wouldn't get stuck with that same email problem? I'd be able to send and receive from all email accounts? (say, by just specifying which one when I go into webmail?) Whoops, never mind, I must have missed the last line of you previous comment. |

Ok, I do have one more question related to this.
As mentioned, I currently have an Aluminum reseller account and am interested in changing to the Swamp plan instead. Except currently my bandwidth is exceeded, so I can't get to any of my ftp, cpanels or whm and I have no email with which to contact support. If I go into the upgrade page and select to change from one to the other... being that one is currently set up as a reseller... how badly am I going to mess things up? And will the higher bandwidth of the new account plan take effect immediately so I *can* get in and do stuff? |

Well actually you can't just downgrade from a reseller. You'll need to buy the new account and then move everything over manually, since it's much more complicated then adding or subtracting bandwidth amounts. :/
