Default reseller transfer form question

OK, I'm getting ready to move a small reseller account (5 domains) to HG at end of the month, from another WHM/cpanel host. So it should go smoothly, but I have a question about: https://secure.hostgator.com/resellertransfer.php

I'm a little nervous because the form asks only for cpanel user names, not domain names (except for the primary domain name). Then down below under "instructions" it asks for access information that seems to duplicate what's above.

Question: if I provide the primary domain, and the cpanel user names and passwords for all 5 of my domains up top, is there anything else HG really needs to move the home directories, email settings *AND* MYSQL databases for all 5 domains?

Please tell me I don't have to provide databases, users and passwords every database under use in these 5 domains, let alone same for email accounts! I'm assuming a good cpanel uname/password combination for each domain helps HG move everything, right?

The cPanel usernames and passwords are all HG needs to move the complete accounts.

The IP that you provided tells them where to go, your username and password gets them in.

When I did my transfer I didn't tell them about the DBs or emails and it all transfered just fine.

If they have any problems I'm sure they'll let you know.

Very nice to have this available. Is there a way we could do it ourselves? I know dedicated servers have this option in the WHM menu.

It is not possible to use the WHM server to server transfer except on dedicated servers as it requires root access. You can take a full backup of the account using the cPanel on the old server and use FTP to copy it to your account and ask HG to restore it but it would be easier just to fill out the form and have HG copy it over.

Thanks - I know there was a way I did it before - the dedicated server now explains it. I've filled out the form with HG, but I'm too impatient . Enom is a bit too quick when updating nameservers so my site is down . If I switch back the domain, it'll take longer before WHMCS sees that the domain is updated. :\
