Reseller Support

It's advertised in the reseller account "Free Reseller Assistance"
Does this apply only to problems I have as the reseller, or is there suport for my clients as well?
ie. they are having a problem with their CPanel or some 'server' side issue?

Also .. I have two sites and will be starting a third, but I currently host two others for friends... So I would need a Reseller Account correct?
I see the logic behind the 'Reseller hosting' costing more... But why so much more? It would be hard for me to resell to anyone who can use google?

If It costs me $50.00 a month for 10 GB why would someone pay me $25( just so I could break even) a month for 5GB when they can buy direct from you for $9.95?
It seems I'd be better off just telling them to buy direct...

If it's no problem to run all those sites under one cPanel (and no WHM) then you don't necessarily need a reseller account.

If you are selling webhosting then reseller account is not for you, then you need a dedicated server. Reseller account is for you if you 1. want to host several sites and want a cPanel for each one, or
2. you are selling website desing, and want to offer hosting also, or 3. something I can't think of just now

Bingo.. I would prefer to give my clients the full option... as I do Now. Design/Hosting/Maintenance.
