once i upgrade to a reseller account, i'm wondering who would my clients contact for support for hosting? hostgators or unfortunately me?
right now im just providing web hosting to my clients and later on maybe invest time into building a my own web hosting service. for now the dns will be under my own private name servers, and so who will they contact for support? and how would that work? thanks! |
