Reseller Questions

I currently have a reseller account with another host and am considering moving to HostGator. I am 99% happy with my current provider, with 1 exception - they don't allow adult related websites. But I do have a couple of questions.

How much does each dedicated IP address cost per month for a reseller account? Is there a side by side comparison chart for all of the reseller accounts? Do you offer RVSkin / RV Skin Manager at all? Or is it strictly WHM / cPanel?

My current host offers RVSkin which has allowed me to have a better themed cPanel that I can customize a bit more than I can with cPanel - especially when it comes to limiting access to certain cPanel applications/features and assigning those limitations to a particular hosting account.

For the billing systems WHMCS, WHM Auto Pilot are these included for free? Or is there a monthly fee? Are they limited to use on the main reseller domain or can they be installed and used on a sub-domain of the reseller domain? Do you offer ClientExec?

All reseller accounts are identical in features offered. The only difference is price, disk space and bandwidth.
