Hell, I'm very interested in your resellering packages and am heavily leaning towards you folks. One question that I have at the moment is Reseller Tech Support. I would prefer to do most of the tech support myself for my customers, but since I'm going to be a one man show to start, there will be times I just can't be available.
Is there a system in place where they can get in touch with HG support without them knowing they are not dealing with the reseller?Thanks, Eric |

We do not currently offer those kind of services, you would have to provide your own support. Of course, if you are big enough that you need a 24/7 live support you may want to consider just paying someone. There are plenty of people on the internet who would work for next to nothing.
