about reseller it says silver got 24gb space and 250 gb transfert

is that the total space? or does every user get that amount ?


and if you want to switch from baby to swamp how can you transfert it?

or do you need to do it manually?

Actually the Silver plan gets 60gb of storage and 500 gb of bandwidth. That is 'total space' and all users will share it. You can, however, set up each account uniquely in Warehouse Manager (WHM), giving one account X amount of space and account Y a different amount, as long as you don't go over the space for your plan.

Keep in mind that you're now talking about Shared accounts. To upgrade accounts you just need to submit a ticket to Sales. There are no transfers as you will remain on the same server most likely.

To upgrade your plan, you just simply fill out this form:

And we will do the rest. If it involves moving you to another server we take care of all that as well, but usually we can just modify your account for the new limits.
