Default Reseller package Changes

Hi,

I have a Diamond resller account, which i just upgraded a little while ago. it is 11000 Megabytes of disc space, but you are now offering 20,000. Will i get this also?

It would depend on how recently you upgraded. Please submit an email to sales@hostgator.com and if you qualify for the new space, it will be given to you.

Guys... just my thoughts on this: (maybe should be bumped to the customer experience forum)

I don't much care for the fact that this that and the other are being offered to new resellers whilst the existing ones don't get a thing.

1st it was the billing software... now extra disk space. As far as I know my $ is worth exactly as much as the other guys $ so It does not rub me the right way when I have to fork out extra to upgrade to a package I don't need just to be on par with another reseller.

It's not like I need the extra disk space, I haven't sold the space I own but it just does not feel right espcially when we think about things like the Urchin stats situation... when they were taken away it was for all no matter if we were old or new resellers.

Anyway... hostgator is still my favourite hosting company 100 times better than the folks I was with before.
