Hi
I´m a new reseller client. I want to migrate to HG, but it seems dificult, i submit a support ticket so they can restore my full backup. Almost 48 hours later and only 3/30 accounts are restored and i can`t access my accounts trought WHM. In the support ticket they say that all the sites are restored (lol) ![]() I`m a little disappointed with HostGator... |

Can I have your ticket number please? That usually happens due to an issue with the way cpanel restores packages. The packages are probably restored fully and just not set with the correct owner in WHM. (therefore you can't see them)

After 4/5 days my problem is resolved and my site are totally transfered.
My global review so far, I think that the time of migration if very high but i`m comprehensive about the fact that these are special days (new year, etc). The support is very good, live chat really works 24/7 but the ticket system needs a little improvement, sometimes they took too long responding, but like i say before, it`s comprehensive for this time of the year. |

Thanks so much for bearing with us. As expected during New Years and such we have some of our employees out on Vacation so this affected the response times. We're growing so fast we just need more people every day. Hope your stay here is a good one!
