Reseller Hosting :: PTR Record
Just a quick question, I may be able to get my step-dad to transfer his reseller account here.
 Do you allow us to designate the PTR entry for the dedicated IPs assigned to us?

The PTR will likely have to be the main server hostname (xx.websitewelcome.com on reseller servers), even on your dedicated IP.

When I was a reseller, they wouldn't let me do it. Shoot an email to sales though and ask for a more official answer.
