The FAQ states that "Adult" hosting is permitted, and the TOS/AUP states that "Obscene Material and Pornography" is prohibited. I am interested in a clarification of this rule;
I wish to be able to provide to my hosting clients the ability to host any material that is legal in our place of business (The US), your place of business (Canada?), AND the country/area that they reside/do business. We are not thrilled with hateful or derogatory messages and therefore will place restrictions on how they can be displayed, but we would like to leave a free speach forum. What are your conditions regarding these? |

Adult content is permitted, provided it is LEGAL adult content.
