Reseller Account Questions

Hello all,

1. Is it possible to get two reseller accounts on DIFFERENT servers such that I could distribute hosted sites across two disparate servers (to avoid the all eggs in one basket syndrome)?

2. Is it easy to upgrade from one reseller account to the next higher when/if I come close to maxing out on one?

Im also interested to have more then 1 reseller account.Before that i want to make sure i didnt get same server. I want to avoid any all eggs in one basket syndrome.
