Hi there, i am in the process of purchasing a reseller account from you sometime within next week, and i would like to now some details.
First of all, the main account will be a domain that i already own, lets' say something(.)ro, and i would like to have the new dns's for all my future websites hosted in my reseller account looking like ns1.something(.)ro , ns2.something(.)ro ... Does this feature come along with the purchase of the account, in the first place, or will i have to set it up at a later time myself, or will you have to set it up for me? Once i purchase the reseller account, will i have access to WHM/CPanel, based on an ip address before the DNS change (mentioned above) and propagation have finished, so i can start creating plans, upload files and set up emails? Do i have to create a plan for my main website, something(.)ro, or the site has its own plan setup once i purchase the account? Is there a way to transfer a website that is administered with PLESK, directly to Cpanel, or do i have to do it "by hand"? Using awstats, is there a way of monitoring separately subdomains? That's it for now, waiting for replies, thanx.

Hi there stef ... thanx for the quick reply
I browsed the site again, and i came across this http://www.hostgator.com/resellerinfo.shtml , and this http://www.hostgator.com/privatenameservers.shtml Probably, the first e-mail will direct me to this, am i right? So, as i understand from that, the private nameservers, will be setup for each domain and each registrar, with the ns1, ns2 of my choice, and the ip's listed in the email, right? thanx. |
