my inquirie is towards the reseller plan, I was wondering if i would have a domain with you and base my reseller site from there or if i have to go with a shared hosting plan as well as a reseller plan?

All you need is the reseller plan. You can host your own site out of it as well as others you sell to. Unless you want to pay us for a reseller plan and a shared 8) [/i]

If i go through hostgator to do my reselling, am i limited to any certain type of sites. I know you don't mind Adult sites, but i was wondering if i would be able to host sites that include other material such as : Hate sites, Hacking sites, Software sites and so forth.
if so, will your private name servers point to my domain so that i will be held responsible for hosting these sites?
The reason that i am asking is because this morning i was informed of an incident where a rather popular hate site was cancelled due to it's content because apparently someone called the cops or something to that effect. im pretty sure that they were resellers, but yet the web host was held responsible and had to shut the site down. I do not wish to go through something like that in the future with my site.
In Addition to that question, i was also wondering if you get any profit off of my reselling or if you only get the payment that i give you for the Reselling package?

Hate sites aren't allowed nor are any other type of illegal sites that we could be prosectued for.
