Requesting php/html/java coder

Recently, I opened a private server and RSPS community (RSPS which stands for runescape private server). I have been working on this for a few months, I am looking for some people with strong knowledge of either of the following topics to help become a coder staff.

Java coder - To work with codes inside the server.
Php/html coder - To work with the site and etc.

For some hints on what i am after for a php/html coder to code, I am after a) a server status panel which shows multiple servers, their online, ip, ports etc. A good example is http://www.moparscape.org/serverstatus.php

b) A custom webclient creator, which lets users create Rsps styled Java applets. E.g:
http://rs-ps.org/create.php?agreed=true

c) A store, which users can purchase upgrades:
http://rs-ps.org/shop.php?server=farchest


This isn't a childish server i wish for coders to help me with, I hear some serious money can be made out of RSPS, Sometimes it can reach £500+ P/month.
