Positive Registering for this forum - uneven

When you register for this forum, it starts with a great script to verify that you are human. Instead of those annoying catcha scripts which are so hard to get right (do capitals count?), there is a clever approach. There are four images and you have to click on the one that is described in the text (ex - "click on the gerbil"). Bravo!

But then, sigh, on the next page, there is the usual junky page with a traditional capta image which took me three times to get right. oh well, it was a good start....

PS - can anyone tell me where the clever script came from?

Default Re: Registering for this forum - uneven

BTW - the reason that I started to register for this forum was to comment on the process of upgrading my credit card.

1. I started with hostgator.com. There is no place at all on the site that tells you how to login. Or if there is, I can't find it. Very annoying. How hard would it be to have a link to "login" which takes you to your backoffice. Or, if you need to enter your primary domain first, then takes you to a login to the backoffice?

2. I did the online chat thing with a Mathew A. He pointed me to the right place. Then pointed me to find how to update my credit card. Then pointed me to where to verify that it was accepted (there's no verification given that it has been accepted).
Bottom line:
- great chat support (thanks matt) :->
- weak UI design :-<

My main domain at hostgator is Spelling Test Help
