Hello!
![]() I was trying to access the HostGator ticket system at http://support.hostgator.com, but I was not getting to make login. Someone of HostGator tolds me through online chat that the correct url now is https://tickets.hostgator.com/login/. I have made login and saw that all tickets have disappeared. Is this normal, or do you have plans to import the old tickets? Regards.

Yes, and I am now preocuppied with this, because even after the change for the new ticket system I had one or two tickets deleted, and I have one ticket without response for hours. And, I have noted that the operators at the online chat are answering after an enormous delay, and we have to await for a long time to be attended.
I went back to HostGator a few days ago, but I am beginning to stay preocuppied due to the problems that are occurring in the last days, regarding support, ticket system, etc. So, I will not cancel my another webhosting account for now. Last edited by ewsg; 02-08-2008 at 11:19 AM. |

We are still working out all the bugs in the ticket system. We are planning to import the ticket history from the old system into the new one as soon as possible so old tickets are not lost. Importing data into a completely new application is a big task. Please hang in there while we go through this change and we can promise it will get better from here on out.
