Default Refund
I sent an email requesting a refund. I received a reply asking my why, so I emailed back gave them my reason and have not heard anything since. The original email was sent Aug 7th it is now the 15. Over a week and no reply.

Ticket number is HAJ-440296 in case any staff want to look into this. If they even care.
