overall, they have been great, especially in responding to support. from a plesk user to a cpanel/whm/autopilot user it was frustrating to say the least. they have been patient and very very helpful

Though I appreciate the quick fixes I would recommend they let the client know what the problem was so it isnt repeated and then can be handled by the client themselves. But when i asked for explanations they were given!
