I am very disappointed with HG service.
I purchased baby plan on Aug 5 but then I have canceled my account because I was not satisfied with their responds to my answers and they did not really help me to solve my problem so I decided to quit and refund. When I requested to cancel they just told me that they have canceled my account and I won't be billed for future payments. Ok I understand about that. But what about my refund? I have paid about 30 bucks for this month and I claimed refund within 30 days from my purchase date so I should get my refund, right? But when I asked them about this, until now they don't answer my questions. I am wondering whether I can get my money back or am I being scammed@cheated? My ticket : NAR-860696 HRD-903904 |

Hello,
Your ticket was open in the cancellation queue and it was in line to be resolved this evening. I went ahead and pulled up the ticket and issued the refund in full. Please understand that you kept sending multiple replies to your ticket, each time you do that it gets knocked to the bottom of the queue and that adds to the total response time of the ticket.
