Reboot on my server

Hello,

I have a reseller plan on impreza. This server was up for 71 days with relatively low load. Last night it was down for 26 minutes and afterwards it went up again.

My question is: Are reboots performed without on a regular basis or only when there is something wrong. And if it's something wrong, why aren't the resellers notified ?

In some instances there are emergency reboots due to hardware issues that we can't necessarily notify clients of ahead of time.

We do however ensure our network status forum here is kept as up to date as possible on any issues.
