The one who talked to HostGator support may have noticed that the same ticket is answered by different people. Each of them is interested in posting a reply but not giving an answer or resolving the problem. As a result, a user spends much time to solve simple questions. What is more, it looks like each member of HostGator's support team reads only the last post.

I don't think such system is reasonable.

Hello,

I just responded to your ticket but would also like to respond here in the forums. I see that there were a couple of administrators that did attempt to fix the issue at hand. I apologize if it has not been corrected and have assigned the ticket to myself so that we can work one on one till this is resolved.

That being said, if the issue is not resolved on the first response it is typical to have multiple administrators replying to tickets because of shift changes and the amount of tickets that we deal with daily.

Again my apologies for the frustration in this matter. Please respond to to the ticket with any issues you might be having on the server and I will be glad to work one on one with you to get everything cleared up.
