For everyone saying "I didn't get a reply", please provide ticket numbers so we can investigate this for you.

Wesley, I haven't got a ticket number as I haven't had a reply to my email. It was probably my fault in the first place for trying live chat, then I used a existing ticket, the one from my site transfer (not realising this was the "transfer department"). They told me to email support which I did.

Like I said in my last post, it's me, I haven't got the hang of the support system yet.

1: Live support has a dropdown box with Sales, Support, and SEO Hosting. I clicked Support. was told to send a ticket, or to email support.
2: I sent an existing ticket ( GDF-2407155 ), not realising it was the "Transfers Department"
3: I then sent yesterday a email using the email address they supplied on the ticket.

Looking at my forum the spell check feature is missing. After looking at the forum settings it says,

"You MUST have the pspell library installed on your server and your PHP configuration set up to use the pspell library. Your server DOES NOT appear to have this set up."

Any ideas how to get this one sorted? Is it the server, or folder permissions my end again?
A quick update. Apparently we can't have this "pspell" installed on a shared server.

Another argument for Firefox...(Options, Advanced, General, Check My Spelling as I type).
