Cool RE: Lost Username and Password

Hello,

I have lost both my username and password to AutoPilot. I hardly ever sign into it since I use it mainly to host my own domains. All of my emails associated with the account I have used to send a reset email to, but none of them have been reconized.

What do I need to do next?

Janet

Default Re: Lost Username and Password

Janet,

It's really easy to reset the password for the admin user if you have knowledge of PhpMyAdmin. Just remove the user ID 69 in the Autopilot database and then go to you installation, it will ask you to input a new password.

If you cannot get this PM me your domain and I will be glad to take care of it for you.
