Good Afternoon!
![]() I recently had an account canceled thus the website no longer exist, if I am correct? It would appear logical I could create a new account and re-establish the original website in all of its glory from my backup files which I still maintain on my hard drive, am I correct in my thinking? ![]() Please let me know your thinking and if I am incorrect, supplying viable alternatives as you always have a solution no matter how bad I screw things up. ![]() Thank you for your time and response. Hello Craig,
You should be able to signup for a new account and re-upload the website from your computer using a FTP client. If you canceled the account after this past Sunday and your account was eligible for our weekly backups, we may be able to retrieve that data before the next backup cycle. You would just need to email support to check if we have a backup of your canceled account available.
