Positive A raise for Zack

I have been a Host Gator re-seller for a year or so now and I usually don't need to contact customer support very often as I tend to try to figure out things on my own first, and I usually assume that the problem is my fault. About a week ago I decided to begin re-building a client site using a wordpress theme, but I have VERY limited knowledge of wordpress. Try as I might, I could not get a temporary site to work under the nsx.xxxxx.com domain to work with wordpress. After two days of racking my brain, I called customer support. First I spoke with Barbara, and we got dis-connected(not a problem),then I called back and got Zack. I asked if there was any way I could speak with Barbara so I wouldn't have to explain the problem all over again. Well Zack says Barbara is on another line , go ahead and tell him the issue. Well lucky me Zack answered my call that day, in ten minutes he solved what I had been working on for two days. I told him I would put him in for a raise. So if Zack's supervisor is reading this, give Zack a raise, he deserves it and you need a dozen more like him. Thank you Zack, I really appreciated your help that day. And for those people that read all the reviews about the support at Host Gator, they have "never" let me down in the time I have been with them and "every" problem that I have had, and there have only been a few, has been resolved to my satisfaction. That's terrific! I'm glad to hear that he was able to get your issue resolved so quickly easily. We have a couple of Zach's, so I am going to send you a PM so I can determine which one you spoke with and pass on your feedback accordingly.

I had no problem helping and will help anyone on anything I possibly can. WordPress is one of those programs I have been using for years and have a lot of knowledge in it.
