We are currently in the process of repairing a kernel bug regarding quota management that is causing some of the servers to crash. However, whenever a kernel patch is applied we do need to reboot the servers so please expect brief periods of downtime (10-15 minutes) throughout the evening as we make this critical repair.
Our apologies for the inconvenience but it is simply unavoidable. If anyone has any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us! Best Regards, Robert Stone |

Robert Stone and I have completed the kernel patching on all shared and reseller servers. We had a minor issue with gator111 which required the replacement of the RAID card, but other then that things went rather smoothly. You should not notice any changes except for hopefully more stable servers!
If anyone has any questions or concerns regarding this update please do not hesitate to contact us. Best Regards, David Collins |

if you have shell access
uname -a will give you the kernel version you are running. With that support will be able to check if you need update or not. hope it helps Vt
