Default Quick Question
I ordered and paid for the baby package. Well I was wondering when I try to login to the IP cpanel or access the IP website

http://serverIPaddress/cpanel ( This is just an example not what I try to login to )

It says Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. But when I first got the welcome e-mail with my account info . It did work. But now it is not. Any reason why? Thanks!

Are you using the exact link provided in your welcome email? As in, copied and pasted into your browser address bar? I think you may have the wrong link.

Thanks for your Quick reply. Just to make sure I did in fact go to my e-mail and copied the link. But still is not working.

Shouldn't it be http://serverIPaddress/whm instead of http://serverIPaddress/cpanel ???

Just a thought...

I don't think so. But I did try it and it didn't work either. Thanks for trying! Any other suggestions or help?

You could also try http://serverIP:2082 or https://serverIP:2083.
