I am confused here...
In your terms of service under section 2 (Content) you state that... "...This includes, but not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, pornography..." But in your FAQ you say... Q. Do you allow adult sites? A. Yes, we allow adult sites. Also in other forums you say that you allow "adult sites"... (http://forum.hostgator.com/viewtopic.php?t=45) The part that I am confused on is... Do you, or do you NOT allow said adult content on our websites? Or is it just linking to other websites that you allow? |

We allow adult content that tos is there to prevent lawsuits. Some adult content is illegal / copyrighted / under age girls / taken illegally, and so on....
We are just covering all our bases as does any host in their tos. As any We are in business to make money so as long as your site isn't crashing the server and isn't doing anything illegal you have nothing to worry about, and will have smooth sailing with us. We've never had to kick a site for adult content. Hope that helps.
