Default Question about web builder?

Didn't see a place to really post this, hope this is the right spot.

I signed up for the baby account yesterday. Now I log into my cpanel and am not sure where to find the web builder tool like the demo version I see on the main page of hostgator.
Also, where do I find the other 4500 templates that are not in the easy web builder that I'm suppose to get access to with my package?

I mainly signed up to host gator for the web builder features and the demo was so easy to use, but now I don't see them. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

That would be SW Sitebuilder, and one of the main reasons I came to hostgator from my other re-seller host. You need to request that sitebuilder be activated for your site. A quick on line chat or a ticket should do it. The templates can be found http://hostgator.templates.com Hope this helps.

ok thanks. I submitted a ticket.
hopefully it doesn't take 12-24 hrs though because I have to get up a generic site by tomorrow.
maybe I should have live chatted instead.

Just in case anyone wants to know for future reference. I tried activating websitebuilder on live chat also, but they said they couldn't activate it that way.

Another thing to know about this tool - it can only be used on your main domain - you can't use it on your sub or add-on domains. This information is not posted - as far as I can see - and it should be since they are making it such a huge selling feature...

Default Newbie question

Where do I go to begin uploading Frontpage or building my site? I log on and all I get is the forum but isn't there a 'your account' area to begin building websites? I sent a ticket for sitebuilder after reading the posts here but now...where do I go to begin?

Lea

Your welcome email from HG should have a link and info about logging into your cPanel (your account's administrative area).
