Question , transfering HG registered domain to someone outside of hg

Ok here is the deal, I have recently redesigned a website which is currently hosted here at HG and the domain name shows to be reged by HG with client transfers blocked. My question is can me and the previous designer get together and transfer the domain or at least I set up a domain only account so that I can have the dns info changed. ( I already have a hosting account somewhere else)

If they want the domain to be hosted by HG, then you could just Push it, elsewise, you'll have to do the transfer.
