Default Question about server needs

Hi all,

I'm looking into a new host for a medium size site I have and a few other small sites that I have running with other providers. I'm also going to be working on a few new project this year so I'll need room to grow.

I run a fairly successful vBulletin forum that has around 150 - 200 users online average at any one time. I have 4 small sites and I'm looking to create 2 to 4 more medium size sites this year maybe more.

My question is would I be better suited to a dedicated host and what package would suit my need overall.

Thanks in advance.

if you go for a dedicated, even for the entry level you would have much much more resources available for your sites to run smoothly.
You can always have your dedicated server to get tweaked as per your need.
You don't have any limits on loads you cause on CPU, cause it would be your box, burn it the way it suits you.

Apart from this hostgator is quite affordable for dedicated servers cause the server price includes management cost, and they are well qualified on handling any support issues.

Having 3+3 happy dedicated box here I would certainly recommend you a dedicated server here.

Don't forget the smallest unmanaged dedi, which at $75 monthly is a terrific bargain. A bunch of us have jumped on the DediKiddy(TM) bandwagon.
