Question on hosting

I tried to get through on your 866 number but after waiting 30 mins gave up

So my first question has to be if your sales number takes that long how long is the average wait for tech support??? Sorry but it kinda worries me

I know the packages say they will set up your site for free does that include forums?? My site is an invision forum that I need a new host for. My current host keeps going down now for 2 weeks and no answers on to when it will be fixed or why its going down. I really need a reliable host that doesnt go down every day. But I also need the forum moved to the new host

Once I order and pay how long until the site is moved the new hosting started?

We have had a large amount of calls recently. You can also send in an email ticket or come on chat if the phones are backed up. We try to answer tickets within the hour but depending on the queue it may take a little longer.

We can move your site over once your account is set up. It can take up to 72 hours to move your site over depending on the tickets ahead of you in the queue. Of course you are free to move the data yourself if you are in a hurry.

If your old host uses cpanel just do a full backup and upload it to your site and let support know you need it unpacked in a ticket and they can get that done pretty quick.

In my experience, my calls to HG are usually answered within about 10 minutes of wait time. As far as tickets go, they are usually answered within 2 hours, or sometimes just a couple minutes. It varies on when I submit them.
