Is the public forums the only forums available? I purchased a reseller account and registered for the forums yesterday, however, I still only see the public forums. I thought there were some forums that would be available once I purchased my account that would provide me with further information regarding my reseller account.

There are more. But it takes a while (like a day or so) to get the account set up. Or, at least it did for me.

Hmm, I have the same problem. I signed up over two days ago for the forums, after joining hostgator as a reseller and still don't have access to anything other than the few that are general.

It took almost a week for mine to come through. I finally emailed support and it was fixed shortly after that.

Yea, guys (and Nora
- that's my wife's name!)..... I think activating the forum signups (and patrolling the forums in general) are very low on the priority list. They are basically a tool for resellers to commiserate, self help, and occasionally vent..... It took about a week when I signed up too, and I got a little impatient. Don's advice is relevant here, and in general when you need help. The forums are okay, but will not get a quick response. If you need it done quickly, get a help ticket.Cheers, and welcome! |
