Question question about black hat SEO and related

Hello, I am currently DreamHost customer, but I have canceled several sites for breaking a rule they have.

The problem is that the sites that I have canceled not violate these rules( i think), some are wordpress sites and directories links (esyndicat.com)

I have read the policies of hostgator service and does not say anything.

Let me make it clear that I do not use these techniques and my sites are absolutely normal.

I want to know if anyone has had this problem here in hostgator

look the sites (you need to use google cache)

www.buscate.cl
www.webtec.cl
www.lawebonline.com

Even if you had explained which specific rules that are at issue--which you didn't--we couldn't give you a definitive answer, because this is a peer support forum.

You should contact sales (at) hostgator.com and explain your concerns.

"Customer agrees to not engage in activities pertaining to Black Hat SEO, Spamdexing, and so-called "Scraper sites." These can all have a severely detrimental effect on server performance and are not permitted"

Guarez, if you are spamming then you will be breaking our Terms of Service also.

If you stay within our ToS https://secure.hostgator.com/tos.shtml You should have no problem hosting with us.

I know that spam is illegal, that is what I want to give me your opinions on sites that I had canceled in dreamhost.

One such is www.deculto.com or chun.com.mx See it and satisfy all of its rules?.

Guarez,

These just look like blogs and a parked page? My best suggestion is to email security@hostgator.com with your question. They will be able to tell you yes or no for sure. However, I do not see anything wrong with the sites themselves, if you are promoting the sites in a 'not so friendly' way then that might have been why the other host canceled your account.

Just shoot our security department an email, they can tell you for sure. Also make sure and tell them what your site does, as it is in a different language.

Thanks.
