A question for anyone with the technical know-how

I have had four accesses to the home page of my website from the following referring links:

I was unable to access any of the links shown. Would anyone know what these links represent and how access to my website would be obtained from these links?

At first sight, these referers come from a local network behind a firewall/proxy then you would not be able to access them from the outside web...

Yes, they are from some internal installation of something behind a firewall/router. Some kind of sharepoint or other project management installation, maybe.
