Hmm, 37.99 GP per month not bad, does the server come with everything you need? or is there any hidden things like, you gotta buy the OS software etc.

There are no additional or hidden fees.

The server is loaded with everything you need.

Really depends on the game to be honest, wouldn't think about running a crysis or cod4 server on such a server, be laggy.

I think solitaire with a few users would be laggy! Just my opinion though.

However, if someone's eventual goal is to run a big, powerful game server, there's something to be said for the DediKiddy(TM) over a shared account--better to run slow than to be suspended, and if you've monetized at all decently, then you can leverage it up.

Also, most of the behind-the-scenes stuff will be similar or the same, and it's a good way to learn before you grow into a situation where your mistake could leave thousands of your users in the lurch.
