Smile Providing Customer Support via knowledgebase

I am researching the reseller packages and would like to know if hostgator offers a knowledgebase for resellers to offer their customers assistance in setting up their websites? We are a small operation and our time for phone support is limited. It would be great to have a knowledgebase that we could direct our customers to, in order to cut down on those type of support calls.

There are a few knowledgebase systems that come easy to install with cPanel's Fantastico.

You could also use the SMF forums available to write and post a knowledgebase available to all your clients.
