Pros and Cons

Been at Hostgator for about 2 weeks now.

Pros:
-Quick support
-Email support is very friendly
-Reliable
-Easy and familiar to work with
-Not much problems, really

Cons:
-The live chat support feels to robotic, there's no reason why the live support people can't be as friendly as the email people (especially since I'm guessing they're the same people!)
-Peer support activation time (it took 2 weeks until my peer support forum access was activated).

All in all, good service, great work!
