Prompt Support

I had never before created an add-on domain, and as you might expect, got it all messed up when I FTP'd the files. Got it in the wrong directory.

I sent a ticket to support and got an answer back within 3 or 4 minutes, it took two more back and forths between me and the support desk to get it fixed. It was prompt and professional. The whole fix probably only took 30 minutes start to finish.
