problems with santafe
santafe
70.86.180.194 Having issues with email on this box. Every night around 6:30pm EST no email is accessible. This has been happening for about 3 weeks now. Also I have two websites in my reseller account that seemed to never work unless I hit refresh about 4 or 5 times. Right now they just don't work at all. One sit has a .info suffix and i thought that had something to do with it, but it seems not. The other sit has a .com suffix and has the same issue. I was also wondering when the "Scheduled" upgrades will be done on this box in particular to the new proposed quotas. Thanks.

Maybe if you post the domain names, we can see if there's some kind of DNS problem? Have you put in a new, calm ticket telling them that the problem reoccurs at the same time every day? When I was on a reseller box, Apache went down for about 15 minutes at 1:00 PM each day. I put in a ticket telling them, and they investigated and fixed it.
