Problems with joomla install

Ok I am installing joomla on one of my sites and am at the pre-install check in the web installer. It says I have display errors on and it should be off. I have looked and looked and cant find any info on how to fix this. Can someone please help. I have a shared hosting account.

Cpanel > php.ini EZConfig > enable > display_errors > select off > save
