Problems with email

I've been having problems when trying to log into my email through Horde. I submitted a request thing and got a response back saying they had no troubles logging in. Well I'm STILL having the same problems. Only now, I can't log into my OTHER email. I only really use two email accounts on my site, the "main" one, and a personal one. The personal one was fine until I reformatted last nite, which really shouldn't have anything to do with it..but I can't log into it at all anymore. I get this after I try to enter the username/password:

I don't think there's much we can do from this side. If the support request was closed I suggest you open it again and tell support the problem still exists for you (in your mail subject use the same ticket number so they can track back).

Small test: if you create a new account, do you have the same problem?

I don't have any of the emails because I ended up reformatting due to other reasons, about a day after I originally opened the ticket. I had an email detailing my problem, with a reply from HG saying "we can do everything fine!" and not really telling me anything else. I still get the problems with my main account, and my secondary accounts, too.I just tried adding a brand-new account, and logging into it. I get the same problems. This only happens with Horde, though. Neomail and the other one work fine. However, this sucks because a secondary account on Horde has about 7 megs of backed up emails that I would rather not lose..

If you have no more support reference you should open a new request. You could add a link to this thread in your mail also.
Meanwhile, can you try to access your mail via https://www.yourdomain.com:2096/ (so via SSL)?
