i`m your client from China，my account is k8v.cn(Swamp plan)，ip is
70.86.182.162，here is my problem:
it seems china have prohibited ip 70.86.182.162 be viewed for some reason yesterday,so
i cant view my website www.k8v.cn now(but i can view it via proxy outside china)
does this server has another ip address so I can change my DNS ,or can you move my site
to another server?
can you give me help?please tell me if you will make any change,thanks !

Do you have the same problem using another Internet Provider in China?
You could try 70.86.182.163.

I can use my FTP now(use 70.86.182.163)
but after I change my dns, point to 70.86.182.163 and visit my website it still says "There is no website configured at this address"
for exapmle my addon domain: www.goulee.net www.wifewhip.com
use another ISP could not resovle it

W98 try to do a Trace Route, and find where is the node that is not working, that will help.

Also, you could try to buy a dedicate IP (I really don´t know if Swamp accounts can have a dedicate IP) and point your site to that IP, that could help.

Have you asked your ISP why they have blocked the IP address? Would be of interest to know.

In china if they want to block any IP, they do it,and you got no reason!!
if you make your website and do not got the permission before,you will have to shut down it and will be fined for a lot of money.
if you make adult sites,you will be put in jail at least 5 years(I do not make it)
everyone have to sign up in www.miibeian.gov.cn submit your request that you want make a website ,and all your personal information,then wait the reply. the reply will arrived at 20 work-days tell you if you are rejected or granted.I hate all of this,so i buy virtual host outside china.

I`ve changed the other two domains DNS so you cant see it

k8v.cn unchanged so I could not view it but you can

all done now
I brought another dedicated IP and changed all my DNS
now www.k8v.cn I can view now

I take it you've never lived in a totalitarian regime. Those types of questions aren't normally asked in China for far of retaliation. When something is blocked, its just best to live with it, not ask why. They have a great "Guilty until shot" policy over there.
