Question problem with phpizabi

Hello,
I installed phpizabi today. Installation was no problem he found the database. When I opened the url I got the message the page can not be displayed. Did anyone installed it before on a hostgator hosting?

requirements for the script are:
- PHP Interpreter - version 4.x or 5.x / Is this installed?
- Server must be able to dynamically load ioncube loaders libraries at runtime OR have a permanent ioncube decryption loader OR let you edit (or create a user-based) php.ini file.

I don't think this things are installed.
But where do i have to place them?

Thanks already for the person who wants to help.

you got something not configured right, nothing loads from the body down. Stops at your last script.
Look at the source code on the page that is blank.

What do you think might not be configured? I have done the setup exactly as I did it on my other server. The only thing I see is that it says it can't set a time limit during the database setup because the server is in safemode, but my php.ini says safemode is off. Other than that nothing else is different. It is not loading any other scripts. I can delete all but the index.php and its like it doesn't even realize.

I have re-installed it with no change. It's like its only loading the main script. Anyone know of any other quality community or dating scripts?

With PHPSuExec installed, you can't install anything that uses 777 directories. Anything in a 777 directory that is accessed will error with a 500 error. Under PHPSuExec, PHP can write to 755 directories, so there is no need to chmod to 777.

If your program doesn't support writing to 755 directories, find a new program!

Yeah they closed the forums and implemented a support ticket system. That will probably be detrimental to their product in my opinion. They seem to have some paranoid control issues over there that they really need to work out. They opened the source code then closed the forums effectively ending their control of peer support... go figure.

There's a dispute right now for phpizabi between Reality medias(phpizabi.net) and MadCow medias(phpizabi.com).
The short story can be found here: Meet The true phpizabi founder.
The phpizabi community is here: The official phpizabi forum
The phpizabi distributions that are running right now are still beta but we're planning to fix that. Avasiloaei Dorin, MadCow Medias
