Problem with my forum account

when I'm not logged in I can see most of the forum.

But when I am logged in I only can see 5 sections.
The rest gets cut off at "suggestions".

I did make a ticket earlier that I could not post, or view accounts, that seems to have been fixed for now. But now I cant get full access to the forums.

Yes I am a customer.

There was an issue with your user profile. I've corrected this and now you should be able to see all forums.

There are more forums? More than i can see? Im a VPS Customer.

You're seeing all of the sections. New signups, until their accounts are activated, see only the "Public Forums" section - they don't see the "Hostgator Peer Support Forums."

Because these folks can't see or post in the other forum sections. This is the only place that will let them in. That's precisely the problem - if they could post in other sections, then there wouldn't be an issue.

Why is there a need to activate manually new forumers?
Spambots can be easily kicked out by strong recaptcha and tricky questions in order to register in forum I am just saying...

It isn't just spambots. Most of the forum sections are restricted to actual HG customers, and to check that requires some manual intervention, since we don't necessarily register with our HG usernames.

It happens to me that when I first register, I am restricted to post replies on some of the sections here. Since I am a newbie. But even I cant post. Reading through the threads can still help me since most of the threads posted here can answer questions that bug my mind. HG is just being fair because your rules are reasonable. So for me, HG is simply the best.
