Problem with add on domain

I'm trying to add the domain lphpnl.com to my account. I thought I had done this as my add on count in cpanel showed 1/1, but later on showed 0/1 and the domain had dissapeared.

I left it for a while and tried again to add the doma but keep getting this error.

Domain already exists, it was not added.
Nameserver ips for lphpnl.com are: 69.57.175.139,69.57.175.138 Sorry, a DNS entry for lphpnl.com already exists, please delete it first

But when I go to add a sub domain I get

SubDomain Adder
Internal Failure.. Can't find your domain in httpd.conf


What has gone wrong?

Talked to support over ICQ.

I'm not too sure what they tweaked but it worked.

I think the lesson here is don't try and create the addon domain too early in the domain propagation process

if you want to solve this problem in the future do the following (for resellers at least):

1) in WHM goto delete DNS zone....

2) delete the respective dns zone that you are havinga problem with

3) then try adding the add-on domain again.

waited 6 hours for a support ticket marked critical and ended up figuring it out myself sicne thats just too long for a live site.
