privileges for Drupal

I understand that Drupal sites need the LOCK TABLES and CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES privileges for MySQL databases. Do your plans grant such privileges?

Yes, I knew that Fantastico could be used to install Drupal - the question is, does HostGator grant the privileges needed to use a Drupal site effectively?
