Unhappy Private SSL for Sub domains

I have just learned that I cannot host more than one domain on Swamp package that requires private SSL. I develop on-line shops. As I need each to have private SSL, and Hostgator cannot support this, I am forced to move. Unfortunately shared SSL does not work for me because the certificate is not trusted and causes a popup window to appear to the customer when they make payments etc.

This is very frustrating because I have finally found a reliable host with great support.

Can anyone recommend a solution to my problem?

Thanks

Sounds like you need to move to a reseller package. With each domain having its own control panel, you can have may SSLs on your account.

Also, you can have subdomains covered by one SSL, it is called a wildcard certificate. They cover like *.domain.com, but they are expensive.

Someone in one of the other forums told me that they have a shared SSL and are using WHMAP with it without any trusted certificate problems. (I called Bulls**t, but that is what they said)
