Primary Domain Name

Hi

I have been in the process of setting up my new account with HG in total I have my primary domain name + 4 addon domain names of which 2 are active and 2 parked.

Everything at the HG end is now fine all 4 of the addon domain names are now set to the HG server.

The problem I have is that the hosting company, who I purchased the primary domain name from originally, gave me a link for the domain name maintenance that just shows a 404 page. This is the first time I have had a need to use this link.

Over the last 5 days I have sent them 2 support tickets and 3 emails to say the link does not work and to ask for their help but they will not reply to me.

Of course without pointing this domain name to the HG server I can not do anything
and my mail from the primary domain name is beginning to increase by the day.

Does anyone have any idea what course of action I can take?

I’ve done all I can think of apart from the threat of legal action and I don’t think that will help at this stage.

If you could mention the name of the domain registrar in question, someone here may have dealt with them before and may share some tips with you.

Sure although I'm not in the USA I believe their Head Office is and also I believe the support is done locally here for this area.

Seems very dodgy. Would never trust a "company" that doesn't list a telephone number or even a mailing address.

They can't possibly be a domain registrar.

Do you know who the domain registrar is?

If you list your domain we can try and help further.

Sorry I did not say they had no address or telephone number I said they were not replying to my emails and tickets. Yes I am a newbie but not one who's just got off the last banana boat :-)

The 66 code is for Thailand
As you can see they are now using Skype and I've had no luck there.
My last domain name renewal had to be paid to ThaiVisa they have a big site in Thailand for Expats.

Anyway the main points were, I said that the other hosting company were not replying to my emails and tickets and not, that they did not have an email address or telephone number. I know I am a newbie but I have not just got off the last banana boat

Hope all is fixed now.

I did some digging around and found the domain name was registered through the resellerclub.com. I have now changed the server names to HG and the resellerclub.com advised me with all the problems with webwebhost.com to transfer the domain name to a different Registrar which I will do A.S.A.P.
